It took them long enough but finally Big Brother 27 crew has alliances. So finally, here we go! Scheming, teaming, and plotting. Let’s not forget that many are in multiple alliances and this always leads to conflict. But here we go!
Thank You Dolffica
I want to offer a sincere round of applause to the one who keeps the alliances grounded. Dolffica Johnson from Bluesky, X, and Facebook has helped me out multiple times through the last few years with her charts and graphs. If it wasn’t for her, the confusion among Big Brother fans would be even worse. So Dolffica, THANK YOU! The Game
So here is the gist of where we stand. Right now, Vince is the one in the best position. He has alliances with almost everyone and with the exit of Zae, it didn’t get too messy. If Zae hadn’t attacked Rachel, this could have been an ugly week for him. Zae saved Vinny from having too much ‘blood on his hands.’
Next we have the clown prince, I mean HoH of Big Brother this week, Jimmy. Jimmy due to his HoH status is sitting pretty. He was in everyone’s business week one and now he has the ‘blood on his hands’ thanks to the three powers. He’s not going to be safe for long though. He has already proved to be untrustworthy to Kelley and who knows what else he’ll pull this week.
Rachel is the shield right now for many. Kenau is the only one who wants her out now. Just a little while ago, he was up in Jimmy’s ear asking for him to nominate Rachel. Most want Rachel out as the first jury member. That may be good for some but for others it spells trouble because that is when she’s the most dangerous.
Another one potentially safe is Zach. He has that $10,000 he won that he can pay an HoH for safety.
Nominees and the Powers
So who were Jimmy’s nominees, you ask? He chose Kelley, Kenau and Adrian. He somehow knew Kenau had a power and suspected Kelley. Jimmy wanted all the powers used. Kenau and Kelley used their secret power to stay safe. This means that the third power, held by Mickey as of Monday night has not been used.
Now as to the powers. Details are found with the person who has them. The big issue is their use. They were to stay in place until jury. Yet, two of the three were used in one week – the week they came out. Thus, how mad is Grodner and how loud the screams from LA? We’ll have to see if she has something else up her sleeve.
Kenau is the lone outsider as he’s placed himself on an island. This not only got him nominated due to his argument with Rachel but also because he has no one he is aligned with. He is lucky, though, because he got a power. His power, two chances in the Power of Veto competition, gave him double the chance to win the PoV. Apparently, from Joker’s Update and HamsterWatch, he played the power and got a second player from a previous season, Kaycee (Season 20), to play for him. He didn’t win but she did and off the block he came.
The second power was found by Kelley. She’s not happy to be on the block again as a pawn. She also has a big mouth and hinted to some of the guests that she had a power. Jimmy put her up hoping to get her to play said power which she did. Again, live feeds say she won her solo PoV competition and took herself off the block. Thus, Kenau’s plot to get Rachel nominated has begun.
The third power went to Mickey. She has the best power as she can take control of someone else’s HoH. This can be used once before jury. So far, no sign that she’s played the power. When she does, the HoH can question the house guests and make a guess of who took the HoH away. I’m sure screams will be heard if Mickey uses it. I don’t mean the house guests. I mean Grodner and executives. (These were Grodner’s weapons to keep fans tuning in for the season. They went fast, didn’t they!)
So, how do the alliances stand as of 11:00 EDT July 21, 2025? Apologies to Dolffica if I read them wrong. I did this while having my car serviced today.
