HappyKids is an ad-supported app that includes a wide range popular children's shows, movies, family titles and other content that is segmented by age group. While the users primarily speak English, all shows are available in both English and Spanish and 25% of the app's users are Hispanic.
Which explains why the service just partnered up with El Reino Infantil -The Children’s Kingdom, a leading multi-channel network for children’s content in Spanish with a YouTube subscriber count of over 260 million.
The deal sends a "carefully curated" selection of El Reino Infantil shows such as Zenon The Farmer, Bichikids and Zoo Songs to HappyKids. No other terms of the deal were announced.
“Our goal with this agreement is to make our content easily and safely accessible to kids and families across multiple platforms and countries. We are truly excited to partner with a company that shares our core values—offering top-quality educational entertainment at no cost. We believe that our synergy will be the driving force making our stories reach new audiences around the globe,” said Ylka Tapia, Acquisition & Partnership Manager at El Reino Infantil.
“We are thrilled to welcome El Reino Infantil –The Children’s Kingdom – to HappyKids," said David Di Lorenzo, SVP, Content Acquisitions at HappyKids. "This vibrant, educational, and culturally rich content perfectly aligns with our mission to provide safe, high-quality entertainment that supports learning and discovery for children worldwide. This partnership strengthens our commitment to delivering meaningful bilingual content to our growing audience."
