CazeTV Partners DAZN For CWC Rights In Brazil (Sportcal)
CazeTV, the Brazilian sports streaming platform run by the LiveMode agency alongside streamer Casimiro Miguel, has snapped up rights to the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup (CWC) through a sublicensing deal with international sports subscription service DAZN. The deal, unveiled on the streaming platform’s social media accounts yesterday, will see the CazeTV show at least 39 of the 63 matches played live, including those involving Brazilian teams, the semi-finals and final.

A criminal organization in Spain has been dismantled by local police following an investigation into the distribution of pirated television signals online. The group, described as a crime family, was located in the southern Spanish city of Malaga earlier this month. Nine people were arrested on suspicion of distributing live sports channels and other TV networks through the Internet without compensation to rights holders, local police said.

Aziz Diallo has been appointed General Manager of Pay-TV French-speaking Africa. He will report to David Mignot, Managing Director of Canal+ Africa. Diallo began his career in 2004 with Alcatel in the international sales department. In 2007, he joined Greenwich Consulting as a senior consultant, before joining MTN, the African telco, two years later.
