Synopsis: Host Laila Ali challenges chefs to settle their disputes in a single round, head-to-head culinary battle. The food world is filled with bold chefs with egos as big as their resumes, employees who have been wronged by their boss, restaurateurs defending their livelihoods from copycats, and owners whose staff walked out during busy dinner shifts. They all come here to call each other out, put their favorite knives on the line, and bury the hatchet. Laila Ali welcomes four former colleagues with grudges to battle it out for $10,000, their favorite chef knives and bragging rights for life. First, Chef Gabe Bertaccini has been holding a grudge for 15 years, after his prodigy Chef Tyler Romine left his restaurant with only three days' notice. In the second match, Chef Taylor Frankel resents her former sous chef Maria Busato for opening a rival catering company in the same small town! Judges Jet Tila and Chris Oh will decide the winner of each match.

Host Laila Ali invites four friends to the Grudge Match arena to settle their grievances once and for all. In the first match, seasoned competition chef Joe Sasto is calling out his friend, Chef Richie Farina, for continually one-upping him in the romance department. In the second match, Chef Damaris Phillips goes head-to-head against her business partner, Chef Coby Ming, in a fried chicken battle to finally prove that her modern recipe belongs on their menu. Judges Jet Tila and Adrienne Cheatham decide who will walk away with $10,000, the losing chef's knife and eternal bragging rights!

Laila Ali welcomes four culinary bros to duke it out in the kitchen. In the first match, reality star Johnny Bananas won't shut up about lasting longer than fellow TV competitor Mark Long on Worst Cooks in America, and with the help of legendary chefs Maneet Chauhan and Stephanie Izard, the two go head-to-head making a fine dining dish. In the second match, classically trained chef Michael Hung calls out self-taught chef and restaurateur Chris Oh for bad-mouthing him around LA. Judges Jet Tila and Tiffani Faison make the call on which bro is the better chef.
