HGTV has ordered a new 10-episode season of the series Bargain Block, along with five episodes of the new spin-off series Bargain Block New Orleans.
In Bargain Block, home renovation experts and partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas buy rundown homes in Detroit and restore them to their former beauty. As they do, they provide entry level homes as they restore neighborhoods that have been plagued with multiple abandoned houses and rundown properties.
In Bargain Block New Orleans, Keith and Evan will travel to Louisiana to implement their successful approach to home renovations among NOLA’s blighted neighborhoods. During the season, they'll buy multiple rundown and abandoned houses and take them down to the studs to create affordable, stylish and fully furnished homes that are ideal for first-time homebuyers. The spinoff series will premiere in Fall 2024.
