First Look: 'Filthy Fortunes' (Video)

Across the United States, unclaimed valuables lie buried within ordinary people’s attics, basements and garages. In the series, modern day treasure hunter and the "King of Hoards,” Matt Paxton, travels around the country in search of rare, big-ticket items hidden in some of the most cluttered, filthy homes imaginable. His priority is to clean out the overloaded properties and sell his finds as quickly and for as much money as possible to secure the ultimate payday for him and his clients.

Matt, along with Expert Appraiser, Mike Kelleher, and Clean-out Manager, Kayland Brock, take on the biggest, most dangerous and physically demanding jobs to transform both the houses and the lives of those in desperate need of their help. Using their combined expertise, the team will overcome unique challenges to uncover historical finds – spanning a Mickey Mantle rookie card to John Wilkes Booth’s actor bill card, to misprinted stamps, rare coin collections, vintage toys, military memorabilia, and much more – totaling a profit of nearly a half million dollars.
