Synopsis: When a massive fire engulfs the small town of Eden, a fateful chain of events is triggered and Tannie Maria (Doyle Kennedy), Jessie (Kylie Fisher, Fraksie) and Khaya (Tony Kgoroge, Invictus) get dragged into a multiple murder investigation that unearths the town’s darkest secrets.
Joining Doyle Kennedy, Kgoroge and Fisher in Season 2 are Wynand Ferreira (Moffie, Mooiweer en Warm, Wyfie), who portrays Jaco, Regardt’s intense younger brother; Gerard Rudolph (Donkerland, Devils Peak) as Ricus, a trained psychologist turned mechanic; and Hlubi Mboya (Blood Psalms, I Am All Girls) as Jackie Baloyi, the new undertaker following the passing of Hattie’s husband. A desperate search ensues for Jessie (Kylie Fisher), and just when all hope is fading, Regardt finds her. An emotional Maria and Khaya finally allow themselves some time to connect, as Jessie reunites with her family.
