Synopsis: CEOs of companies around the country put their employees to the ultimate test in this competition series. Each episode of "Giving You the Business" features four standout employees, handpicked by their own CEO, who are secretly tested through a series of challenges. Captured by hidden cameras, and with the CEO watching in the next room, the employees' skills, honesty and ability to handle difficult situations are tested. One winner, who excels in each of these skills and proves to be the strongest candidate, is chosen and awarded their very own franchise worth up to a half-million dollars.
