Monika Shergill says Netflix has hit its “stride” in India, but warned that “supply is not meeting the demand” in the world’s most populous country. Speaking at the APOS conference in Bali, Shergill touted Netflix’s growth in the country, noting that it was the streamer’s second-largest territory for paid net adds in the second quarter of this year, and the third-largest in revenue percentage growth.

LG Movies & TV VoD Launches In Europe (Advanced-Television)
LG Electronics and Rakuten TV, the European streaming platform, have announced the launch of LG Movies & TV, a new VoD service now available on LG TVs across the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy. The new app-based VoD service enables rental, purchase and viewing of movies from the latest blockbusters to celebrated classics.

LG Electronics has announced the launch of a new video-on-demand (VOD) service available on LG TVs across the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy. LG Movies & TV is an app-based VOD service that is initially available on select 2022 TV models. It will extend to all of the company’s 2022, 2023 and 2024 TV models by the end of this year.
